Safe migration workshop in Bangladesh

Cumilla, Bangladesh: On 16th February 2021 our Migrant Resource Centre (MRC) organized an orientation workshop on safe immigration at Sarail Sadar Union Parishad of Sarail Upazila, Comilla Brakshmanbaria district.

Assistant Director of Comilla District Employment and Manpower Office Mr. Debbrata Ghosh highlighted the various services and orientations of the government in the orientation workshop.

Discussion topics included safe immigration processes, unsafe immigration, migrant information centre work on safe immigration, the medium of communication and the overall aims and objectives. The participants also received written feedback and were given the bags provided by ICMPD.

This activity is funded by the European Union and implemented by ICMPD.
