Life of Migrants: Episode 2

Islamabad and Lahore, Pakistan: This is the second episode in a series of videos where Pakistani irregular migrants explain the ordeal of their journey. “Life of Migrants” is a collaboration between the Migrant Resource Centres (MRCs) of Pakistan and TCM to raise awareness on safe and informed migration while warning of the risks associated with irregular migration.

Migrant Resource Centre (MRC) help people make informed decisions when considering to migrate. Our team of counsellors provide outgoing, intending and potential migrants with information on the possibilities of safe and legal migration, pre-departure information, referral support and raise awareness on the dangers and consequences of irregular migration. MRCs are located in Islamabad and Lahore under the auspices of Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (MOPHRD) and Labour and Human Resource Department, Punjab (LHRD).
