The International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) as the Secretariat of the Budapest Process provides support and coordination for the Turkish Chair and the Hungarian Co-Chair. Furthermore it serves as a coordinating body and offers administrative support for all participating countries.
ICMPD has functioned in this position since the founding days of the Budapest Process 20 years ago.
